　現在、目を覆いたくなるような悲惨な光景が、テレビやネットで流れされている。「ウクライナ・クライシス」である。地図上では遠い欧州の話だが、決して対岸の火事ではない。第二次世界大戦から七十数年後の地球の大惨事。自然の猛威も戦慄が走るが、侵略による無差別殺戮は絶対に許せない。

　笑顔が全く見られぬ、プーチン。目の動きや表情に違和感を持たざるを得ないほど、豹変している。悪魔に取り憑かれたように、脳内に「殺戮」という赤い火花が超高速に弾けている。人権、国家主権、正義正論などの文字は、彼の辞書には存在しない。脳に刺さっているのは、世界制覇を果たす皇帝への妄想である。

　戦争犯罪であることは周知の事実。ただ一人の狂人により、十数万のロシア軍の兵士たちも、戦争犯罪に加担することになる。そこで、誰も誤りを指摘できない。誰も水爆級の力を持つと過信した狂人を制止することができない。身勝手で悍ましい世界観を世界各国へ強要するのは、大変な履き違えである。

　歴史は繰り返すと言うが、これこそ、１００年おきの新型人災製造機の登場なのだろうと。突然の侵略で逃げ惑うウクライナの人々。日頃の買い物や公園で家族で遊ぶ姿が消されてしまった。家族や家や土地などの財産も、狂人と殺戮を繰り返すロシア軍に奪われ、精神的にもショック状態であろうと危惧する次第。

　勿論、安直に善良なるロシア国民に、責任を突きつけるものではない。ただ、このような独裁者が生まれた要因の一つは、国民の政治への無関心が存在する。マフィアのような狂人がテロ国家を作り、極少数の周囲の悪徳ファミリーが財産を搾取するのを黙認するところに、問題がないとは言えない。（日本も同様）

　人は皆、平等に生まれ、平等に育ち、言論及び表現も自由であることが保証されてこそ、安心して人生を楽しめるのである。一部の人間に強大な権力を与えてしまうから、地球破滅的な戦争を引き起こす。時代錯誤という言葉では済まされぬ、地球の一大事。評論家の「当たるも八卦当たらぬも八卦」などどうでもいい。

　現在、侵略しつつあるロシア軍兵士全員が、この理不尽なる侵略戦争に気づき、皆が勇気を持って撤退を決断すべきだ。勿論、軍法会議で吊し上げられる可能性もある。その間隙を縫って、プーチン及び周囲の悪徳ファミリー退陣に向けて、ロシア国民が動くべき時。このままだと、独裁政治の根絶は永遠に不可能となる。

　時代は繰り返しても、善いことであれば一向に構わないが、このような侵略や殺戮という戦争犯罪を趣味とする輩は、地球上から廃絶する必要がある。冗談でも、決して必要悪と揶揄して笑えるものではない。時間はもう残されてはいない。ウクライナが「みなしEU」、「みなしNATO」となるよう、欧州各国の動きを祈りたい。

　余談だが、ベラルーシ軍まで引っ張り出し、仁義なき戦いのシナリオを出してきたようだ。流石に狂人プーチンの裏技「責任転嫁」のレールが敷かれ始めたように思えてならない。乗せられたベラルーシの元首も、手を籾摺りしながら、絶対服従の演出をしているに違いない。ベラルーシの国民を差し置いて、どれだけ恩恵を受けているのだろうか・・・！？

Save Ukraine！

Nowadays, a tragic scene that makes us want to cover our eyes is being broadcast on TV and the Internet. "Ukraine Crisis". The ferocious nature is also horrifying, but indiscriminate killing by aggression is absolutely unforgivable.

Putin can't smile at all. His movements and facial expressions of the eyes have changed so much, so we have to feel uncomfortable. As if possessed by the devil, a red spark called "killing" is bursting in the brain at super high speed. Characters such as human rights, national sovereignty, and justice theory do not exist in his dictionary. What is stuck in his brain is a delusion of the emperor who will conquer the world.

It is a well-known fact that it is a war crime. With just one madman, hundreds of Russian soldiers will also be involved in war crimes. Therefore, no one can point out the mistake. No one can stop a madman who believes he has the power of a hydrogen bomb. It is a great mistake to force countries around the world to have a selfish and terrifying view of the world.

It is said that history repeats itself, but this is probably the appearance of a new man-made disaster manufacturing machine every 100 years. Ukrainian people fleeing in a sudden invasion. The appearance of daily shopping and playing with the family in the park has disappeared. They are afraid that their family, home, land and other property will be taken away by the Russian army, which is repeatedly murdered by madmen, and Ukrainian people will be in a state of mental shock.

Of course, it does not blame the good Russian people in a straightforward manner. However, one of the factors that gave birth to such a dictator is the indifference of the people to politics. It's not without problems that a madman like the Mafia creates a state sponsor of terrorism and allows a very small number of surrounding vice families to exploit property. (same for Japan)

Everyone can enjoy life with peace of mind only if they are born and raised equally and are guaranteed to be free in speech and expression. Since it gives great power to some human beings, it causes a catastrophic war on the earth. An important thing on earth that cannot be overlooked by the word anachronism. It doesn't matter what the critic says, "Hit, but not hit, but not."

All Russian soldiers who are now invading should be aware of this unreasonable war of aggression and everyone should have the courage to decide to withdraw. Of course, it could be hung up at a court martial. It's time for the Russian people to move through that gap towards Putin and the resignation of the vicious families around him. At this rate, eradication of dictatorship will be impossible forever.

It doesn't matter if it's a good thing, even if the times are repeated, but those who have a hobby of war crimes such as aggression and murder need to be abolished from the earth. Even if it's a joke, it's not something you can laugh at by ridiculing it as a necessary evil. There is no time left. I would like to pray for the movements of European countries so that Ukraine will become "deemed EU" and "deemed NATO".

As an aside, it seems that Putin has pulled out to the Belarusian army and put out a scenario of a battle without justice. It must seem that the rail of the madman Putin's trick "responsibility transfer" has begun to be laid on the stone. The head of state of Belarus on which he was placed must also be producing absolute obedience while hulling his hands. How much has he benefited !?

Save Ukraine！（ウクライナを救え！）・・・

時代錯誤の奇妙なる特権「拒否権」・・・国連の脆弱化はもとより、強大国の身勝手な解釈にて、弱小加盟国は常に虐げられている。そこには、民主主義など存在する訳がない！

　筆者は国際政治学専門家でもないことを、冒頭で申し上げた上で、ウクライナの危機的状況において、残酷非道なるロシアの軍事侵攻及び殺戮に対して、大声を挙げて物申したい。・・・Save Ukraine！（ウクライナを救え！）

　国連常任理事国の安保理における「拒否権」。筋の通らぬことで「拒否権」を濫発濫用する一部の強大国（兄弟国）が存在する。勿論、少数意見の尊重は、民主主義の根幹をなしているが、自国の過ちや悪行に蓋をして、身勝手な見解を正当化する為の「拒否権」発動。他国の罪なき国民を虐殺しても罪に問われぬのだから、「拒否権」とは、常任理事国の「悪魔の切り札」となっている。

　戦後生まれの筆者であるが故に、第二次世界大戦については、信憑性の高いドキュメンターリ映画や書籍により情報を得るしかなかったが、当時の日本を考えれば、東京裁判やその後の日本復興の歴史を紐解けば、理解に苦しむことが山とある。例えば、当時の日本分割統治論や東京裁判のインド人弁護士の報告書（正論）を周囲が無視するなど、「無条件降伏」をした敗戦国日本は、戦勝国の意のままに操られてしまったのである。

　しかし、敗戦を余儀なくされた日本国及び日本国民が、「大和魂・大和なでしこ魂」によりどん底から這い上がり、経済大国第３位（つい最近までは米国に続く第２位を堅持していた）の我が国の隆盛を可能にしたと言える。「エコノミックアニマル」とまで揶揄された時代もあったが、これは、日本人の生真面目さ、勤勉さ、祖国愛、太平洋戦争の猛省あってこその結果であると言える。

　最近気になるのが、今の時代になって、過去の、それも大昔の歴史を紐解き、歪曲した歴史観にて、自国のみの発展を追求する稚拙な蛮行が目立ってしようがない。「実効支配」、すなわち、自国の国益だけを主張したがる、民度低き国家の蛮行と言える訳だ。それを黙認する世界も如何なものかと。この小さな地球において、２００余の国々の国益を優先するのは如何なものかと。その以前に、「地球益」を最優先することが、各国の国益へ繋がる訳で、その役割を果たすのが国際連合（国連）でなければならない。

　しかし、国際裁判所の裁定も全く法的強制力を持たず、諍いの絶えない複数の国家間の仲裁にも解決にも至らぬ形骸化した存在となっているのが現状。

　ジャーナリズムの存在を否定する共産国家の存在も周知の事実。国家自体（極少数の独裁者及びその関係者）が、自国民を奴隷化して圧政を続けるのは、これまた「時代錯誤」と言える。独裁者とその関係者によるプロパガンダで、無知なる国民は圧政に甘んじるのみで、そこに中立公正であるべきメディアは独裁者の圧力に負け、真逆の虚偽情報をばら撒き、独裁者に協力している様など容認できるものではない。

　正義正論が罷り通らぬ、独裁国家。地球破滅に追い込むような世界大戦を二度も経験しているにも拘らず、学習能力のない無脳無能な独裁者が、将棋やチェスでも楽しんでいるかのように、悪手を叩きつける。「地球益」を最優先して初めて、地球上の人々が安寧なる生活を保障されるのだが、一人一人の人命を無視する悪の枢軸は、今の時代も暗躍している。逆立しても容認できるものではない。

　ウクライナ国民が自衛の為に木製ライフル銃を持ち訓練をしている姿を見ると、太平洋戦争時の割烹着を着た主婦たちに竹槍を持たせて、「一億国民総玉砕」を命じた戦時中の日本を思い出したのである。米軍の大型爆撃機B29やら戦闘機グラマンなどを、竹槍で突いて、国防できるはずがない。これは、当時の稚拙なる蛮行を強いた、東條英機以下軍政の馬鹿げた秘策として失笑しかないのである。

　ウクライナの国民への木製ライフル銃については、それとは全く次元が異なる。難癖つけたロシアの軍事侵攻に対して、命懸けの決意をもっての国防の為に勇敢に立ち向かっている。第二次世界大戦時の独裁者三羽烏は、日本の東條英機、イタリアのムッソリーニ、そしてドイツのヒトラーであるが、ロシアのプーチンも同様に、１００年前の独裁者と変わらず、時代錯誤と言える「国取合戦」を仕掛けているに過ぎない。正直なところ、安寧なる地球上には無用なる思想家・政治屋である。

　正義正論なき現代の世界は、地球の破滅を意味する。一党独裁で国民に圧力を掛けねば国政が維持できないのは、その思想なりが「誤り」であることを露呈しているだけの話。被害者である国民は、誰も幸せに過ごすこともできず、苦痛なる人生を強いられて終焉を迎えることになる。政治家でも政治屋でも我々でも皆同じ人権を有した人間である。一部の、それも極一部の歪んだ思想を伴った悪政に対して及び腰では、地球上に蔓延ったヘドロの除去は困難となる。

　今、我々は何をすべきか！？ウクライナを救う行動を性急に進める必要がある。NATOに属していないから、直接救済ができない！？いやいや、隣国で殺戮が繰り返されているのに、戯けた理由で指を咥えて、間接的な支援をしたとしても、時既に遅しとなる。ウクライナは「NATOみなし国家」と言える訳で、罪なき人たちの命を１秒でも早く救うのが、我々民主国家として当然の重責ではないかと。

　あなた方は、紙の上の規定だけに囚われて、無数の罪なき人たちへの虐殺を平然と見ているのですか！？人として、恥ずかしくはありませんか！？条約や協定などは、紙一枚の話である。それらの記者会見や録画記録は、単なるパフォーマンスである。されど、今のウクライナでは、ロシアの独裁者がその約束事を破って、善人ぶって蛮行を繰り返しているのだから、そこは大いに阻止する責任が世界に求められる。

　今、無思慮な一人の独裁者の蛮行により、ロシア国民も大半は憤りと悲しみ、そして苦痛に苛まれているに違いない。更に、身勝手にクーデーターをウクライナに求めているのはお門違であり、その罠がウクライナ国民に通じるはずがない。もし、人の子として自らの背中を見ることができるのならば、国内圧政に苦悩している善良なるロシア国民こそ、今、過ちを正すためのクーデターを起こす時ではなかろうか・・・。

Of course, respect for minority opinions is the basis of democracy, but the "veto" is activated to cover the mistakes and wrongdoing of one's own country and justify a selfish view. The "veto" is the "devil's trump card" of the permanent members, because even if the innocent people of other countries are slaughtered, they will not be charged.

Since I was born after the war, I had no choice but to obtain information about World War II from highly credible documentary films and books, but considering Japan at that time, the Tokyo Tribunal and the subsequent reconstruction of Japan If you unravel the history, it can be difficult to understand. For example, Japan, a defeated nation that made an "unconditional surrender" by ignoring the report (correct theory) of an Indian lawyer in the Tokyo Tribunal and the theory of division of Japan at that time, was manipulated at the will of the victorious country. It has been done.

However, Japan and the Japanese people, who were forced to lose the war, crawl up from the bottom due to the "Yamato soul / Yamato Nadeshiko soul" and are the third largest economy (until recently, they maintained the second place after the United States). What is it like to prioritize the national interests of more than 200 countries on this small earth? Before that, giving top priority to "global interests" leads to the national interests of each country, and the United Nations (UN) must play that role.

However, the rulings of the international courts are not legally enforceable at all, and the current situation is that they have become a mere corpse that cannot be arbitrated or resolved between multiple nations with constant conflict.

It is a well-known fact that there is a communist state that denies the existence of journalism. It is also an "anachronism" for the nation itself (a very small number of dictators and their affiliates) to enslave their own people and continue oppression. Propaganda by the dictator and its associates, the ignorant people only settle for oppression, and the media, which should be neutral and fair, loses the pressure of the dictator, disperses false information in the opposite direction, and cooperates with the dictator. It is not acceptable to say that.

A dictatorship where the theory of justice does not go through. Despite having twice experienced a world war that has driven the earth to ruin, an incompetent dictator with no learning ability slams his bad hands as if he were enjoying playing shogi(Japanese chess) or chess. Only when "global benefits" are given top priority can people on the earth be guaranteed a peaceful life, but the axis of evil that ignores the lives of each and every one of us is still dying. It is not acceptable to stand upside down.

When I saw the Ukrainian people training with wooden rifles for self-defense, Japanese government gave housewives wearing kappogi(on of clothes) during the Pacific War to hold bamboo spears and ordered "100 million people to break the jade". It reminded me of Japan during the war. There is no way that the US military's large bomber B29 and fighter Grumman can be pierced with a bamboo spear to defend the country. This is nothing but a laugh as a ridiculous secret measure of the military junta under Hideki Tojo, who forced the childish barbarism at that time.

When it comes to wooden rifles for the Ukrainian people, it's a completely different dimension. What should we do now?? There is a need to rush to save Ukraine. Since it does not belong to NATO, it cannot be rescued directly! ?? No, even though the murders have been repeated in neighboring countries, even if you hold your finger for a playful reason and provide indirect support, it will be too late. Ukraine can be said to be a "NATO-deemed nation," and it is a natural burden for us as a democracy to save the lives of innocent people as soon as possible.

Are you oblivious to the slaughter of countless innocents, trapped only in the rules on paper! ?? Isn't it embarrassing as a person? ?? Treaties and agreements are just a piece of paper. Those press conferences and recordings are just performances. However, in Ukraine today, the Russian dictator breaks that promise and repeats barbarism as a good man, so the world is required to take great responsibility to prevent it.

Now, the barbarism of a careless dictator must have caused most of the Russian people to suffer from resentment, sadness and pain. Moreover, it is a misnomer to ask Ukraine for coudata on its own, and the trap cannot be understood by the Ukrainian people. If you can see your back as a child of man, isn't it time for the good Russian people, who are suffering from domestic oppression, to set up coudata to correct their mistakes?
